NEW YORK, Feb. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS) announced today that its board of directors has established a special committee of independent directors to evaluate a potential combination with Viacom Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAB, VIA).
