Aimco Announces Quarterly Common Dividend of $0.38 Per Share

Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE:AIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended June 30, 2018, an increase of 6% compared to the dividends paid during 2017. This dividend is payable on August 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2018.
