PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Aberdeen Global Dynamic Dividend Fund¹ (the "Fund") (NYSE:AGD), held its Annual Meeting of Shareholder (the "Meeting") on September 19, 2018. At the Meeting, shareholders of the Fund voted to re-elect one Class I Trustee to the Board of Trustees.
As of the record date, July 20, 2018, there were 12,549,581 outstanding shares of the Fund. 96.42% of the outstanding shares were voted at the Meeting representing a quorum.
