RAPID CITY, S.D. - Oct. 30, 2018 - Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a 6.3 percent, or $0.03 increase, in the quarterly dividend to $0.505 per share. The annual equivalent rate of $2.02 per share represents 49 consecutive years of annual dividend increases. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 19, 2018, will receive $0.505 per share, payable Dec. 1, 2018.
