Amphenol Announces Fourth Quarter 2018 Dividend Payment

Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH) announced today that its Board of Directors approved the fourth quarter 2018 dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $.23 per share at its meeting held on October 31, 2018. The Company will pay this fourth quarter 2018 dividend on January 8, 2019 to shareholders of record as of December 17, 2018.
