Black Hills Corp. Announces Upcoming Investor Meetings

Earnings guidance for 2018, 2019 and 2020 to be reaffirmed

RAPID CITY, S.D. - Nov. 29, 2018 - Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that members of its senior management team will meet with equity investors the week of Dec. 2 in New York City.

A copy of the materials for these meetings will be available on the Black Hills Corp. website at www.blackhillscorp.com under the "Investor Relations" section prior to the meeting dates. In its materials, Black Hills will reaffirm its guidance for 2018, 2019 and 2020 earnings from continuing operations available for common stock, as adjusted, as recently disclosed on Nov. 5.
