Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires HMG-PCMS Ltd

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill., Dec. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced that its risk management services subsidiary, Gallagher Bassett, has acquired UK-based HMG-PCMS Ltd, a division of HM Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With origins dating back to 1991, Tamworth, Staffordshire-based HMG-PCMS Ltd provides property repair services to insurers and commercial third-party claims administrators through a network of managed independent contractors. The service team covers a full range of perils including escape of water, fire, flood, subsidence and structural impact damage. Nic Sproul and his associates will continue to operate from their current location, reporting to Simon Pemberton, head of Gallagher Bassett's UK operations.
