NEW YORK, Jan. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- MRM//McCann, a leading global customer relationship agency, today announced a series of key leadership appointments across its network, including a new Global Chief Operating Officer. The announcement of senior executives promoted and hired follows the recent promotion of Kate MacNevin to Global Chief Executive Officer of MRM//McCann.

For the worldwide network, Bradley Rogers has joined as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO). Previously COO at Neo@Ogilvy, he will be responsible for spearheading all operations across all departments and regions globally. Working closely with MacNevin, who was previously COO, he will provide the engagement and vision necessary to ensure global efficiency, consistency and excellence in all of the agency's objectives and initiatives.
Internationally, Nick Handel has been promoted to Regional Managing Director, MRM//McCann, Asia Pacific. He has been with McCann Worldgroup for nearly a decade, first as Managing Director of MRM//McCann Singapore and then as CEO of McCann Worldgroup, Singapore. Under his leadership, the Singapore office has achieved notable growth and industry recognition, including being named Singapore's Digital Agency of the Year at the Campaign Asia-Pacific Awards, Singapore's CRM Agency of the Year at the Marketing Magazine Agency of the Year Awards and Southeast Asia's Integrated Agency of the Year at the Campaign Asia-Pacific Awards.
In North America, Samantha Nyhan has been named President, MRM//McCann U.S. West, where she will be leading day-to-day operations of the agency's Salt Lake City and San Francisco offices. A digital marketing pioneer with a wealth of experience building, testing and optimizing the best technology-driven marketing solutions for her clients, Nyhan will be based out of Salt Lake City. She joins MRM//McCann from SapientRazorfish, a division of Publicis Groupe, which she joined in 2000, most recently acting as Managing Director of the Pacific Northwest.
At MRM//McCann Detroit, Mark Rebhan has joined the team as Executive Vice President, Director of Strategy, and Jennifer Kohler has been named Senior Vice President of Diversified Accounts. Rebhan was most recently Senior Vice President, Director of Strategy, for partner agency Commonwealth//McCann, where he helped develop and lead the successful "Real People, Not Actors" campaign for Chevrolet. At MRM//McCann, he will be responsible for formalizing strategy discipline and uniting strategists across experience, brand and business strategy, working closely with MRM//McCann Global Chief Strategy Officer Ariana Stolarz. As Senior Vice President, Diversified Accounts, Kohler will be the new business lead for MRM//McCann Detroit, spearheading growth and client development in close cooperation with President Tamy Harms. Kohler has held leadership positions at Doner, Organic and Digitas; most recently, she was Senior Vice President, Client Services at Organic in Los Angeles.
