BAYONNE, N.J., Jan. 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BCB Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ:BCBP), the holding company for BCB Community Bank (the "Bank"), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend will be payable February 22, 2019, to common shareholders of record on February 8, 2019.
"We view regular quarterly cash dividends as an excellent means of building shareholder value and rewarding our loyal shareholders," stated Thomas Coughlin, President and Chief Executive Officer. At the stock price of $11.00 per share at the close of the market on January 9, 2019, the current dividend equates to a yield of 5.09% on an annualized basis.
