Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires The Chapman Group, Inc.

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill., Jan. 29, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced the acquisition of Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based The Chapman Group, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2003, The Chapman Group, Inc. is an employee benefit consultant and retail property/casualty broker offering coverage and services to clients throughout the state of Louisiana. Its team is focused on building long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency and delivering customer value. Bill and Will Chapman, and their associates, will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Robby White, head of Gallagher's South Central region employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations, and Bumpy Triche, head of Gallagher's Mid-South region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
