Fourth quarter and full year 2018 earnings call and webcast are Friday, Feb. 8

RAPID CITY, S.D. - Jan. 30, 2019 - Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held Jan. 30, 2019. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 15, 2019, will receive $0.505 per share, payable March 1, 2019.

The company also confirms that it will announce its 2018 fourth quarter and full year earnings after the market closes on Thursday, Feb. 7, and host its 2018 fourth quarter earnings conference call and webcast on Friday, Feb. 8, at 11 a.m. EST.
