Assured Guaranty Ltd. Raises Quarterly Dividend by 12.5% to $0.18 per Common Share

Dividend Increased for Eighth Consecutive Year

Assured Guaranty Ltd.(NYSE:AGO) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per common share, an increase of 12.5% from the quarterly dividend of $0.16 per common share that was declared on November 7, 2018.

The dividend is payable on March 27, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2019.
