Hyatt Hotels Corporation ("Hyatt" or the "Company") (NYSE:H) announced today that it will release first quarter 2019 financial results on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, after market close, followed by a conference call on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. CT.
