FabGuard Software Brings Efficiency and Cost Savings to ON Semiconductor Processes

Jeffrey P. Wincel, Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, ON Semiconductor, presented the award to Steve Lakeman, Senior Director of INFICON's Intelligent Manufacturing Systems division at a ceremony in Vietnam on April 30, 2019. This prestigious award acknowledges the contributions the INFICON FabGuard^® Process Control System provides in meeting the quality and consistency challenges of today's semiconductor manufacturing.
