Bank of America Announces 2020 Quarterly Financial Reporting Dates

Bank of America today announced the following 2020 reporting dates for quarterly financial results:

• Fourth quarter 2019 - Wednesday, January 15, 2020
• First quarter 2020 - Wednesday, April 15, 2020
• Second quarter 2020 - Thursday, July 16, 2020
• Third quarter 2020 - Wednesday, October 14, 2020

The results will be released at 6:45 a.m. Eastern Time on the dates noted above, followed by an investor call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Details on how to participate in the investor call will be provided closer to the scheduled quarterly results dates.
