Columbia Property Trust Declares Third Quarter Dividend

Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE:CXP) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.80 per share on an annualized basis, for the third quarter of 2019. The dividend will be paid on September 18, 2019, to shareholders of record as of September 3, 2019.
