Concert Pharmaceuticals Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:CNCE) today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten registered public offering. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Concert. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Jefferies is acting as sole book-running manager for the proposed offering. Concert intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock sold in the offering on the same terms and conditions.

The offering is being made only by means of a written prospectus supplement and prospectus forming part of a shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and declared effective on March 7, 2018.
