PerkinElmer Announces Future Retirement of Andy Wilson, Chief Financial Officer

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PerkinElmer, Inc. (NYSE: PKI), a global leader committed to innovating for a healthier world, today announced the upcoming retirement of Andy Wilson (age 59), senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). To provide appropriate time to identify a successor CFO and ensure a smooth integration, Mr. Wilson who has held his position since joining PerkinElmer in 2009 will retire in August 2018.
