Business Sales m/m refers to the percentage change in the amount of sales generated by businesses from one month to the next.


Why is it important?

The Business Sales m/m figure is important for several reasons. Firstly, it provides insight into the level of demand for goods and services in the economy. If sales are growing at a faster rate than inventories, it suggests that businesses are struggling to keep up with demand, which could be a sign of strong economic growth.
