The Abacus FCF Small Cap Leaders ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the performance of the Abacus FCF Small Cap Leaders Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index is sponsored and maintained by Abacus FCF Indexes LLC (the "Index Provider"), an affiliate of the Adviser. The Underlying Index is a rules-based equity index designed to track the performance of the small-cap segment of U.S. publicly traded companies with strong free cash flow return on invested capital ("FCF-ROIC"), drawing from the Adviser's exclusive research. The Fund intends to maintain a portfolio of securities that generally replicates the holdings of the Underlying Index. The Underlying Index seeks to identify the most profitable companies with the potential for long-term capital appreciation (the "Abacus FCF Leaders Model"). The Abacus FCF Leaders Model begins by selecting the top 25% of eligible stocks by their FCF-ROIC (the "Eligible Securities"). A target weighting is then assigned to each security based on a combination of its Abacus FCF Leaders Score and free-float market capitalization. |
