The Defiance Daily Target 2X Long AMKR ETF (the "Fund") seeks daily leveraged investment results of two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of Amkor Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMKR) the world's largest U.S. headquartered provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) services. . Because the Fund seeks daily leveraged investment results, it is very different from most other exchange-traded funds. It is also riskier than alternatives that do not use leverage. The Fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund ("ETF") that attempts to achieve two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of the Underlying Security by employing derivatives, namely swap agreements and/or listed options contracts. The Fund aims to achieve this daily percentage change for a single day, and not for any other period. A "single day" means the period "from the close of regular trading on one trading day to the close on the next trading day."
