BSOL's principal investment strategy is to invest directly in Solana (SOL), while aiming to stake 100% of assets to maximize Solana's staking rewards. The Fund is a professionally managed and cost-efficient ETP that is fully backed with SOL held at one of the world's leading crypto asset custodians. The Trust's primary investment objective is to seek to provide exposure to the value of Solana held by the Trust, less the expenses of the Trust's operations. The Trust's secondary investment objective is to derive additional Solana through staking. In seeking to achieve its primary investment objective, the Trust will hold Solana and accrue the Sponsor's management fee (the "Sponsor Fee") in U.S. dollars. The Trust will stake a portion of its Solana with the Solana Custodian. As consideration for participating in staking activities, the Trust will receive a portion of the reward generated from such participation in the form of additional Solana, which may be treated as income to the Trust. |
