RiverNorth Active Income ETF is actively managed. The Fund seeks to generate an attractive level of income combined with a unique, uncorrelatted source of alpha from closed-end fund discount trading. The Fund's assets are primarily allocated among closed-end funds ("CEFs") and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs"). Closed-end funds offer a unique structure whereby investors can purchase a diversified fund and potentially generate additional return through discount narrowing. Opportunistically utilizes a combination of short-term and long-term trading strategies to seek to derive value from changes in discounts and premiums associated with closed-end funds. The Fund will typically invest more than 50% of its assets in Underlying Funds. The remaining portion of the Fund's assets will be invested in individual equity and fixed income securities and real estate investment trusts ("REITs"), limited partnerships and structured securities, such as collateralized mortgage and debt obligations. REITs are companies that invest in real estate either directly or through mortgage securities.
