| Investment Objective: | The T-Rex 2X Long CRWV Daily Target ETF (the "Fund") seeks daily leveraged investment results and is very different from most other exchange-traded funds. The Fund's objective is to magnify (200%) the daily performance of the publicly-traded common stock of CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWV). The Fund may also seek to achieve its investment objective by purchasing call options on CRWV or by investing directly in the common stock of CRWV. The Adviser will determine the allocation of the Fund's investments in swap agreements, call options and direct investments in CRWV common stock based upon various factors including, but not limited to, counterparty capacity, financing charges, liquidity, collateral availability, and overall market conditions for a particular instrument. |
