The First Trust Alerian Disruptive Technology Real Estate ETF, formerly First Trust FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Markets Real Estate Index Fund, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Alerian Disruptive Technology Real Estate Index. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the common stocks, real estate investment trusts ("REITs") and depository receipts that comprise the Index.
First Trust Alerian Disruptive Technology Real Estate ETF trades on the ARCA stock market under the symbol DTRE.
As of April 15, 2026, DTRE stock price declined to $42.13 with 178 million shares trading.
DTRE has a market cap of $16.50 million. This is considered a Sub-Micro Cap stock.
In the last 3 years, DTRE traded as high as $45.06 and as low as $34.50.
DTRE has underperformed the market in the last year with a return of +15.7%, while SPY returned +31.6%. This shows that you would have done better investing in the overall market (through SPY) over the last year than in DTRE shares. However, DTRE has outperformed the market in the last 3 month and 2 week periods, returning +4.2% and +7.7%, while SPY returned +1.4% and +6.8%, respectively. This indicates DTRE has been having a stronger performance recently.
DTRE support price is $41.55 and resistance is $42.76 (based on 1 day standard deviation move). This means that using the most recent 20 day stock volatility and applying a one standard deviation move around the stock's closing price, stastically there is a 67% probability that DTRE shares will trade within this expected range on the day.
