Investment Objective:	The Global X S&P 500 U.S. Revenue Leaders ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 U.S. Revenue Leaders Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index, as presently constituted, is designed to track the performance of U.S. listed and domiciled companies within the S&P 500 Index that generate at least 50% of their revenues from the United States. The S&P 500 Index, which rebalances on a quarterly basis, is a float-adjusted market capitalization equity benchmark which is generally regarded as being representative of the large-capitalization segment of the U.S. stock market. The Underlying Index is weighted according to a "modified" capitalization weighting methodology and is reconstituted and re-weighted on a semi-annual basis.
