| Investment Objective: | The investment objective of the FT Vest U.S. Equity Buffer ETF - March (the "Fund") is to seek to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"), up to a predetermined upside cap of 14.20% (before fees and expenses) and 13.35% (after fees and expenses, excluding brokerage commissions, trading fees, taxes and extraordinary expenses not included in the Funds management fee), while providing a buffer (before fees and expenses) against the first 10% of Underlying ETF losses, over the period from March 22, 2021 to March 18, 2022.
