Corgi FTSE High Yield Corporate Bond ETF (HH) Frequently Asked Questions

What does Corgi FTSE High Yield Corporate Bond ETF do?

Corgi FTSE High Yield Corporate Bond ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. dollar-denominated below-investment-grade corporate bonds of U.S. and foreign issuers. In seeking to track the performance of the FTSE US High-Yield Market 2% Issuer Capped Index (the "Index"), the Fund uses representative sampling and is not required to purchase every Index security. In deciding whether to hold a subset or substantially all Index securities in approximately their Index proportions, Corgi Strategies, LLC (the "Adviser") considers the Fund's assets relative to the number and size of Index constituents, security availability and liquidity, bid-ask spreads and other transaction costs, minimum trading lots, settlement and market-access constraints, cash flows and creation/redemption activity, and the expected effect on tracking. Sampling is more likely when purchasing all constituents would be costly or impracticable. The Adviser seeks a portfolio with investment characteristics, including duration, remaining maturity, average life where relevant, credit quality, yield and issuer and sector exposures, similar to the Index.
