The Tema International Durable Quality ETF (ITOL) seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the growth of international companies with durable and tangible quality characteristics. International investing benefits from a quality approach that aims to select leading firms. Tema recognizes the importance of durability in quality investing, typically found in dominant companies selling mission critical goods and services. ITOL prioritizes tangible moat companies with real asset characteristics, across regulated critical infrastructure, financial services and network industries. Under normal circumstances, the Tema International Durable Quality ETF seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, which include borrowings for investment purposes, in domestic and foreign, common and preferred stocks, and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") of international publicly listed companies, i.e., stocks that are not listed in the US.
