Investment Objective:	Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% ofits Assets in equity securities and equity-related instrumentsthat are tied economically to emerging markets. Assets meansnet assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investmentpurposes. Emerging markets include most countries in the worldexcept Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, the UnitedKingdom, the United States, most of the countries of Western Europe and Hong Kong, although the Fund may invest in securi-ties tied to those countries as well.The Fund s investments represent allocations to a variety of theadviser s actively managed emerging market equity strategies,including country, region and style strategies, among others.The adviser selects the strategies utilized in the portfolio basedon risk/return analyses and relative value considerations. Effective July 8, the JPMorgan Emerging Markets Equity Core ETF (JEMA) changed its name to the JPMorgan ActiveBuilders Emerging Markets Equity ETF.
