| Investment Objective: | The Direxion Daily S&P Biotech Bear 3X Shares (the "Fund") seeks daily inverse leveraged (-3X) investment results and is very different from most other exchange-traded funds. As a result, the Fund may be riskier than alternatives that do not use leverage because the Fund's objective is to magnify the daily inverse performance of the S&P Biotechnology Select Industry Index (the "Index"). The return for investors that invest for periods longer or shorter than a trading day should not be expected to be -300% of the performance of the Index for the period. The Index is provided by S&P Dow Jones Indices (the "Index Provider") and includes domestic companies from the biotechnology industry. The Index is a modified equal- weighted index that is designed to measure the performance of the biotechnology sub-industry based on the Global Industry Classification Standards ("GICS"). |
