Corgi FTSE 10+ Year IG Corporate Bond ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. dollar-denominated investment-grade corporate bonds of U.S. and foreign issuers with a remaining maturity of at least ten years. In seeking to track the performance of the FTSE US Broad Investment-Grade Corporate Bond 10+ Years Index (the "Index"), the Fund uses representative sampling and is not required to purchase every Index security. In deciding whether to hold a subset or substantially all Index securities in approximately their Index proportions, Corgi Strategies, LLC (the "Adviser") considers the Fund's assets relative to the number and size of Index constituents, security availability and liquidity, bid-ask spreads and other transaction costs, minimum trading lots, settlement and market-access constraints, cash flows and creation/redemption activity, and the expected effect on tracking. Sampling is more likely when purchasing all constituents would be costly or impracticable. The Adviser seeks a portfolio with investment characteristics, including duration, remaining maturity, average life where relevant, credit quality, yield and issuer and sector exposures, similar to the Index.
