The Fund seeks current income, consistent with prudent investment management. It is a active ETF. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of Senior Loans, which may be represented by forwards or derivatives such as options, futures contracts or swap agreements. "Senior Loans" include senior secured floating rate bank loans, also referred to as leveraged loans, bank loans and floating rate loans, that are first or second lien loans.
