The Cap and the Buffer will be reduced after taking into account management fees and other Fund fees and expenses. The current Outcome Period is from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in instruments with economic characteristics similar to U.S. large cap equity securities.
