The Corgi U.S. Mega-Cap Growth 2x Daily ETF (the "Fund") seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correlate to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Vanguard Mega Cap Growth ETF (the "Underlying ETF"). The Fund is an actively managed ETF. The Underlying ETF seeks to track the performance of the CRSP US Mega Cap Growth Index, a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index designed to measure the performance of U.S. mega-capitalization equities (generally the largest U.S. companies by investable market capitalization). The Fund does not concentrate its investments in any industry or group of industries, except to the extent that the Underlying ETF's portfolio concentrates in a particular industry or group of industries. The Fund may enter into swap agreements with a limited number of counterparties.
