The trust seeks to provide investors with a high level of current income exempt from federal income tax. The trust primarily invest in a diversified portfolio of medium- and lower-grade municipal securities. The Trust will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets in municipal obligations, consisting of municipal bonds, municipal notes and municipal commercial paper.
