| Investment Objective: | The Invesco High Yield Equity Dividend Achievers ETF (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ US Dividend Achievers 50 Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in dividend paying common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is comprised of 50 stocks selected principally on the basis of dividend yield and consistent growth in dividends. The Fund and the Index are reconstituted annually in March and rebalanced quarterly in March, June, September and December. |
