| Investment Objective: | The Fund seeks investment results that correspond, before fees and expenses, to the price and yield performance of the Indxx REIT Preferred Stock Index. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest not less than 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. preferred stock, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such investments.
