The Fund's investment objective is to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust up to a predetermined upside cap while seeking to maximize the downside protection against the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust's losses over the one-year Target Outcome Period. In seeking to achieve this investment objective, the Fund's approximate upside cap over the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 is 7.24% (before fees and expenses). Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in investments that provide exposure to securities included in the S&P 500 Index. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF"). The Fund pursues its investment objective primarily by investing in customized equity or index option contracts known as FLEX Options on the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF").
