Investment Objective:	The Pacer Trendpilot US Large Cap ETF is an exchange traded fund that seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pacer Trendpilot US Large Cap Index. Offers diversified exposure to widely held companies with household names. Attempts to capture more upside in the US equity space while taming downside. It accomplishes this via a toggling feature that switches between weights of the Pacer Trendpilot US Large-Cap Index and 3-month US T-bills based on a 200-day moving average. The fund will toggle between all equity, all cash or a 50/50 mix, depending on the status of the equity and its moving average.
