State Street SPDR MSCI World StrategicFactors ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index based upon the developed equity markets of the world. In seeking to track the performance of the MSCI World Factor Mix A-Series Index, the Fund employs a sampling strategy, which means that the Fund is not required to purchase all of the securities represented in the Index. Under normal market conditions, the Fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the Index and in depositary receipts ADRs or GDRs based on securities comprising the Index. In addition, in seeking to track the Index, the Fund may invest in equity securities that are not included in the Index. The Index captures large-and mid-cap representation across 23 developed countries and aims to represent the performance of value, low volatility, and quality factor strategies. The Index is an equal weighted combination of the following three MSCI Factor Indices in a single composite index: the MSCI World Value Weighted Index, the MSCI World Minimum Volatility Index, and the MSCI World Quality Index (each, a "Component Index").
