Investment Objective: The Simplify Government Money Market ETF (the "Fund" or "SBIL") seeks current income as is consistent with liquidity and stability of principal. The Fund operates as a "government money market fund" pursuant to Rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and is subject to related restrictions on its portfolio composition. Consequently, the Fund invests at least 99.5% of its total assets in (i) cash, (ii) U.S. Government securities, and (iii) repurchase agreements fully collateralized by such obligations or cash. Additionally, the Fund invests in securities maturing in 397 days or less and maintains a portfolio dollar-weighted average maturity of 60 days or less and a dollar-weighted average life of 120 days or less. U.S. Government securities are obligations issued or guaranteed as to principal or interest by the U.S. Government, its agencies or instrumentalities. Additionally, the Fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in U.S. Government securities.
