Investment Objective:	The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 100% of the inverse (or opposite) of the performance of the S&P 500 Index. The S&P 500 Index is a capitalization weighted index composed of 500 domestic common stocks. Standard & Poor s selects the 500 stocks comprising the Index on the basis of market values and industry diversification. Most of the stocks in the Index are issued by the 500 largest companies, in terms of the aggregate market value of their outstanding stock, and are generally listed on the New York Stock exchange. The companies included in the index have an average market capitalization of more than $36.61 billion dollars and a median market capitalization of $17.29 billion dollars as of May 31, 2016. One cannot directly invest in an index.
