Investment Objective: The SPDR Portfolio Intermediate Term Corporate Bond ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Intermediate US Corporate Index (the Index ). The Bloomberg U.S. Intermediate Corporate Bond Index (the Index ) is designed to measure the performance of U.S. corporate bonds that have a maturity of greater than or equal to 1 year and less than 10 years. The Index is a component of the Bloomberg U.S. Corporate Index and includes investment grade, fixed-rate, taxable, U.S. dollar denominated debt with $300 million or more of par amount outstanding, issued by U.S. and non-U.S. industrial, utility, and financial institutions. Subordinated issues, securities with normal call and put provisions and sinking funds, medium-term notes (if they are publicly underwritten), 144A securities with registration rights, and global issues that are SEC-registered are included. Structured notes with embedded swaps or other special features, as well as private placements, floating- rate securities, and Eurobonds are excluded from the Index.
