The Fund is an exchange traded fund ("ETF") that seeks daily levered investment results, before fees and expenses, of two times (200%) of the daily percentage change of the common stock of TSLA. The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period of time different than a trading day. The Fund is an actively managed ETF. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in swap agreements, that, in combination, provide 200% daily leveraged exposure to TSLA, consistent with the Fund's investment objective. The Fund will utilize swap agreements most frequently, which are intended to produce economically leveraged investment results.
