ProShares Ultra XRP ETF (the "Fund") seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Bloomberg XRP Index (the "Index"). The Fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the Daily Target. In this manner, the Fund seeks daily returns that correspond to two times (2x) the price of XRP. The Fund does not invest directly in XRP. XRP is a digital asset. The Bloomberg XRP Index is designed to measure the performance of a single XRP traded in USD. The index is constructed and maintained by Bloomberg Index Services Limited. |
