The WisdomTree Efficient Long/Short U.S. Equity Fund is actively managed, investment objective is to invests its assets in accordance with both (i) a long/short US equity strategy and (ii) a long-only US equity strategy. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will have approximately equal exposure to the long/short US equity strategy and the long only US equity strategy. The Fund invests in US equity securities and derivative instruments that provide exposure to US equity securities. For the long-only US equity strategy, the Fund invests in a basket of equity securities of large-capitalization US companies generally weighted by market capitalization or derivative instruments that provide similar exposure. A company is considered a US company if it conducts its Primary Business Activities in the US. The country in which a company conducts its Primary Business Activities is determined based on one or more of the factors: country of organization or incorporation, country in which a company's headquarters is located, the country to which a company has the greatest risk exposure, and the country from which a company generates the most significant portion of its revenue or to which it allocates the greatest resources.
