Virtus Introduces Two Actively Managed ETFs from Zevenbergen

Virtus Zevenbergen Discovery Growth ETF invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks of U.S. discovery growth companies and other U.S.-traded equity securities of discovery growth companies. As of the date of this prospectus, the Fund's sub-adviser, Zevenbergen Capital Investments LLC ("ZCI"), considers discovery growth companies to be those companies that have higher-than-average revenue growth potential and are typically in earlier or more dynamic stages of their growth lifecycle, which may be attributable to the development and application of novel technologies to products, services or business operations, participation in industries undergoing significant technological transformation or other differentiating factors. ZCI applies a research intensive, bottom-up stock selection process. The Fund's portfolio generally will contain 20-40 stocks of any market capitalization. The Fund may invest up to 100% of its assets in equity securities, including common stocks, of foreign companies trading on U.S. exchanges (denominated in USD) which may include American Depository Receipts ("ADRs"). The Fund is an actively managed ETF.
