The Amplify Bitcoin Max Income Covered Call ETF seeks to maximize current income through a covered call strategy tied to the investment exposure to the price return of bitcoin. The Fund seeks to participate in the price return of bitcoin (i.e. "spot" bitcoin prices") ("Bitcoin Price") and to generate a high level of annualized option premium by selling options on exchange-traded products ("Bitcoin ETPs") that reference the Bitcoin Price. As further described below, the Fund expects to sell call options that are approximately 5% "out of the money" with targeted maturities of one week or less. The Fund expects to make distributions from the income generated from its call writing strategy on a monthly basis.
