The Bluemonte Large Cap Value ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide capital growth. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in investments that provide exposure to domestic large capitalization companies that have value characteristics. RFG Advisory, LLC (the "Sub-Adviser") selects investments for the Fund. In general, the Fund invests in Underlying Funds that invest primarily in equity securities. The Underlying Funds may include funds that invest in, among other things, domestic and international equities and real estate related securities or instruments. In managing the portfolio, the Sub-Adviser uses a "top down" investment management approach employing macro analysis to determine allocation among capitalization, style, or sectors.
